@HauwaAllahbura Other countries have local community colleges where skills are learnt in a proper and modern way. most of these colleges are free. You can learn trades in community colleges in months and start working with ur skills. even make-up has a course. but in Naija na from ona oga.

The technical college used to be where skills are thought, but the government got rid of it and put fate on artisan

@the_beardedsina What we should be talking about in Nigeria is proper health insurance scheme. Health insurance is a necessity for all families. What this lady is saying is reason why many Nigeria hospitals diagnose cancers only when is at stage 4 bcos they are running away from tests.

@General_Somto Sometimes, these tests are necessary. I have seen people that goes to hospital for ordinary pain and are diagnosed with cancer at its early stage. What we need in Nigeria is a functioning health insurance system to help with cost of health care!

@onu_slim He should have found better way to express himself. To me, most unlimited data has speed limit, e.g 50Mbs, 500Mbs etc which makes the data usage limited depending on the download speed. The speed of unlimited data plan is a limit itself, so there's really no unlimited data plan.

@HauwaAllahbura Hiring non-Nigerians by Dangote and the rest is not really about competency, it's more of trust and loyalty. At that stage, you need people that would be dedicated like their lives depend on it. Most Nigerians at upper level cannot be easily trusted. They will sabotage ur biz

@onu_slim Indians only demand quality jobs from contractors and are not looking for kickbacks. An average Nigerian in managerial position is looking for kickback from contractors. He only trust few Nigerians at some key positions

@onu_slim Most pple at the managerial positions in Dangote are Indians. I have worked directly with them on some projects I supervised in his Salt plant at Apapa. The major issues is trust. Nigerias are ready to sabotage but Indians, they will do their work diligently and still stay loyal
