I am writing to complain about a failed POS transaction that debited my account without giving value last week Friday with account number 2437762904.

I left the POS stand because the terminal showed FAILED. Minutes later, I received a debit alert of ₦12,000 from Zenith Bank. I immediately went back to the POS operator and confirmed that the transaction was still FAILED on their terminal and they did not receive the money.

I hereby request that you investigate this transaction and refund/reverse the sum of ₦12,000 back to my account.

I am available to provide my account statement or any other information needed for the investigation.

I have sent an email but you promised to investigate and refund in 5 working days but no response from you guys

Please treat as urgent as I need the funds.
