I got a message from uba to upload my tax clearance certificate this morning and I have uploaded my tax certificate for my Form A and it is showing rejected on my portal. Please can you look into this and get back to me. This is very confused and crying

I was asked to provide tax clearance showing my form A is rejected and I have provided my tax clearance certificate in the application and it is Showing ADB reviewer again. My university is on the verge of evicting me from the university and I’m in total chaos
