“There was no primary contest for Obi and Kwankwaso. Neither I nor the chairmanship demanded or received any money from them before accepting them into the party. No money was demanded or received from them before making them sole presidential candidate and running mate. What else do people want?” — Seriake Dickson
Dear Senator Henry Seriake Dickson @iamHSDickson
While I take my time to properly address your allusion of me not playing by the rules which I consider very disingenuous seeing how I followed the process and even when you had insisted there would be no primaries for senate I let things go and asked my teeming supporters to focus on the bigger picture, I toured the FCT pacifying my supporters and party people who rightfully felt disrespected as they were all waiting at their respective headquarters for primaries that never happened. (I played field politics, I never waited for anyone to give me ticket), I would like you as the National leader to watch this video again!
This part of the interview was so painfully appalling to watch. It looked as if you were insecure and in competition with your Presidential Candidate. Your first one on one interview after primaries and instead of selling your candidates and giving confidence to people on how set the road to winning the 2027 election was, you made it about yourself.
With all due respect sir, it looks as if you consider the NDC a Special Purpose Vehicle whose aim has been achieved just by being registered instead of a Political Party whose aim is to win the 2027 General election decisively!!!! The registration of NDC should be a means to an end and not an end in itself.
As a leader of a Political party, your number one job in that interview was to pacify aspirants many of whom are rightfully aggrieved and secondly to call on supporters to bear with the party and support it but you ended up antagonising the very people you would need to win election. Every vote counts! A leader must stoop to conquer!
No one can take away your leadership of NDC, no one is interested in that! The focus is on Nigeria is winning the 2027 election!
It looked as if you are fighting a war no one is waging with you. You don't have anything to prove to anyone, just lead! It is also interesting how as a leader i see you shifting the blame with any process that doesn't go well or is called out. Even in this statement below, you did! Take all responsibility! The party is young. It was overwhelmed. Mistakes will be made. Accepting the mistakes and being accountable is how the party will get better.
There is a whole battle ahead of us. Rescuing Nigeria from the current state it is in, should be the main focus not people's fragile ego!
Let me round up with some words from Jim Rohn: IF WHAT YOU DID YESTERDAY IS STILL LOOKING BIG TO YOU TODAY, THEN YOU ARE NOT DOING ENOUGH!!!

VDM
You mean Bayo Onanuga, a presidential spokesman could not understand that the video is fake or he’s just been dishonest because of their evil agenda against BDM?
Haaaa!

You all remember the aspirant who was moving around town cursing the APC and Sen. Sharafadeen Alli? The same former Student Union Leader and two-term former House of Assembly member who was ringing a church bell while sweating profusely and raining curses on the party.
Well, today he went on air to announce that he would be heading to Abuja to register his anger and even march to the Presidential Villa with the bell.
At this point, some people believe he may need to see a psychiatrist before embarking on the trip, as his recent conduct has left many questioning his state of mind.
He should return to his okada riding now, that’s if he treated the association of okada riders well and paid his dues when at the National Assembly.
Good radiance!!!
Donatus Mathew, former commercial motorcycle rider popularly known as the “okada rider", whose dramatic rise from the streets of Kaduna to the green chamber captured national attention, was elected in 2023 on the platform of the Labour Party to represent Kaura Federal Constituency of Kaduna State before later defecting to the APC.
However, he has now emerged among lawmakers not returning after losing the party primaries.
Open Apology Letter to the Obidient Movement
My Dear Obidient Family, I come before you today with a heavy heart, deep humility, and no excuses. Some time ago, in a moment of frustration and immaturity, I wrote and released a resignation letter as Director of Mobilization. In that letter, I allowed deep frustration & personal emotions to cloud my judgment. I made statements that subtly and unnecessarily dragged Peter Obi, a man I still respect for his vision, integrity, and sacrifice for this nation. That was wrong. It was childish, and beneath the standard I should have upheld, especially as someone who once held a leadership position in this movement.
I take full responsibility. No one forced me to write it. No one edited it. It came from me, and it was a mistake. I deleted the letter afterwards, but I know deletion does not erase the damage, the disappointment, or the loss of trust many of you felt. I understand why some of you no longer respect me the way you once did. You had every right to feel let down.
To Peter Obi himself (fondly called PO): Sir, I am sincerely sorry. My words were not a true reflection of the values of sacrifice, accountability, and constructive criticism that you preach. I failed in that moment. To every single Obidient, the ones who stayed grinding, the ones who defended the vision even when it was tough, the ones who felt betrayed by my actions, I am deeply sorry. You are the real heroes of this movement. Many of you are young people full of hope and fire for a better Nigeria. You didn’t deserve to see internal cracks turned into public drama. I let you down.
I am not writing this because I want something or a position in the movement as I’m enjoying private life. I am writing it because it is the right thing to do. Leadership is not only about when the road is sweet and smooth; it is also about owning up when you mess up. I own this fully. I am committed to rebuilding trust through consistent actions, not just words. But I also know trust is not demanded, it is earned back slowly, if at all. Thank you for reading this.
Whether you accept my apology or not, I respect your feelings and your right to hold me accountable. The love I have for a better Nigeria has not changed. You all know me. My respect for the Obidient spirit remains. I am sorry truly.
With humility and hope for forgiveness,
Your brother in this struggle,
Morris Monye.
Oya come let’s hug. 😊

One House of Assembly aspirant in Oyo State, Segun Olaleye Radical, who lost earlier today has been moving around the city cursing the APC and Sen. Sharafadeen Alli.
Radical, who served in the Oyo State House of Assembly between 2011 and 2019 during the administration of late Senator Abiola Ajimobi, was sighted at the party secretariat in Oke Ado and later at the residence of Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja.
Eyewitnesses said he was seen standing through the open roof of a vehicle, ringing a church bell and sweating profusely as he moved around town.
This arrangement by the APC is more than meets the eye, and I believe they are doing this to prepare the ground for rigging. The narrative after they have carried out their dirty tricks would be that Obi lost the election because of other southern candidates who contested. Hope you gerritttt!!!
Mark my words, for @PeterObi to win the 2027 race, he needs more contestants on the ballot.
Atiku, Jonathan and others can only get votes from Tinubu's likely voters. Obi will not lose a single vote so if the APC thinks that they can reduce Obi's votes by introducing a candidate from the south-south they have dug their own defeat.
Lovers of Peter Obi, don't be swayed, encourage more people to contest, you have to reduce Tinubu's votes by over 2 to 3 million votes for Peter and Kwankwaso to win. Fire-down 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
A man who chose to exhibit distinctive virtues in a corrupt system would always be seen as not able to win election primaries riddled with corruption and tainted with blood! From 1, 30, 96, 700, 1300, 3000….. that’s the way to win primaries in Nigeria, particularly in APC.
Peter Obi has now emerged as the lone presidential candidate of the NDC party. Frankly, that is the only route through which he could comfortably secure a presidential ticket. If there had been even one serious contender willing to challenge him within the party, he most likely would have abandoned the party, because history has shown he is not capable of facing internal party primaries against strong contenders. Lol!
