@MyBobsFurniture There also doesn’t appear to be a corporate contact number listed, so here we are. I paid for a brand-new, undamaged product not a cracked bed frame and repeated inconvenience.

@MyBobsFurniture I’ve already had to deal with one damaged delivery, and now the replacement is damaged too. To make matters worse, I was told the only way I could receive any type of discount is if I KEEP the broken bed frame. How does that make any sense ?
