@Bar_tolmi God uses what was meant for evil, for good. He can also use what you thought was good, for real good. You never know how He is working. Right now a Mormon could be reading your posts which cause them to question and search until they find their way to the Eternal God!
@therealstandage@JasontheLayman Click the link. They are there. The Mormon god is a false god, Mormon grace is not grace because you earn it. Click link and go read. Now explain why you want to limit it to the BoM? Is it because you know JS teaching drifted over time as did the other prophets?
@Entrep_Cedric@Apologetics941 Okay and back to the question: You implied the Bible is not reliably preseved. Which parts off the Bible are good and which aren't? And how do you know?
@Entrep_Cedric@Apologetics941 We have letters from Paul to many churches talking about how the Church is to operate. There is nothing about the priesthood operating a mormon way, or that it is to do intercession for believers the way the Levites did.
@Entrep_Cedric@Apologetics941 You went from JS individually spreading the message making him the fulfillment of the prophecy, to him starting an institution that works do it. So is that institution or its members now the fulfillment of the prophecy instead of JS?
@Entrep_Cedric@Apologetics941 Anyone can claim Prophethood. They are the ones that have to prove it. Until they do, "trust me bro" doesn't work. Take my point about Mary. If I said the prophecy of a virgin conceiving isn't about her it's about another lady i know, would you need more proof than my word?
@Entrep_Cedric@Apologetics941 Wow the mask is fully off now. If Isaiah 53 is about Hezekiah, does that mean you don't accept Jesus of Nazareth as the Christ?
@TrueTTFaith@Apologetics941@Based9rophets None but Jesus and he's God but that's not the point. The point is your prophets gave teaching from your god that are evil, therefore those teachings cannot be from the True God, proving your prophets are fake. What other Christians have done or said over time has no bearing.
@TrueTTFaith@Apologetics941@Based9rophets How do common sinful people compare to the living Prophet, the literally mouthpiece of your god? Does your god not act any differently than regular sinful people?

@Entrep_Cedric@Apologetics941 I don't disagree that a prophecy or reference has one fulfillment. But some absolutely do. Like if I say a virgin shall conceive is going to happen again, you're going to want more proof than "my prophet said so".
@Apologetics941@Entrep_Cedric Just like the Muslims: "Oh we love Jesus more than you, but let me throw him to the side while I build an altar for my prophet."
@Entrep_Cedric@Apologetics941 "JS restored the full message salvation" What was lost that he restored?
"he individually has does the work of spreading the message to all the world" When? He died long ago and achieved no such thing.
@Entrep_Cedric@Apologetics941 1You also appeal to the Bible. Which parts are okay and which aren't? How do you know?
2I don't believe prophecies can only have 1 fulfillment. I believe some absolutely only have 1.
3 You also think you're right about Christ's words
