I don’t know whether the world is truly aware or is deliberately turning a blind eye to what is happening right now in Gaza.

But this is exactly how they are planning the so called “New Gaza” they keep talking about.

They want to impose oppressive camps inside the city, disguised as fake natural reserves, surrounded by harsh barbed wire that prevents anyone from leaving as if they are caging an entire population inside iron enclosures under the sky.

This is the “future” they are planning: tightly sealed prisons, all under the name of reconstruction.

I am very sad about my city, Gaza… I am crying in front of the destruction, devastation, and rubble. Nothing is as it was; everything has turned into ruins.

Every day I go out and see even more destruction, and I am deeply shocked. I can no longer recognize my city amid all this rubble.

I am shocked that all of this is made by human beings… I have nothing to say, I can only cry in front of this reality.

I am writing these words to you from inside Gaza City, and I say this with complete honesty: the situation has become extremely dangerous, perhaps worse than ever before.

Temperatures continue to rise, and the tents have turned into real ovens. More than 170,000 tents across Gaza City are sheltering thousands of families in conditions that are impossible to describe. Inside these tents, temperatures exceed 50°C (122°F). There is no electricity, no fans, no air conditioning, and none of the basic necessities needed to survive.

The tents are packed tightly together, with almost no space between them. Many families are forced to leave their tents and sit in the streets because remaining inside has become unbearable.

Water is desperately scarce, and the extreme heat is making thirst even more severe. And this is only the beginning of summer. Every day, I see the effects of the intense heat on children’s bodies heat rashes, exhaustion, and suffering while insects emerging from the ground make life even harder.

The coming days could be even more devastating if these conditions continue. The tents are no longer places of shelter; they have become another source of danger.

Please don’t let these families be forgotten. Speak about them. Write about them. Share their stories with others. Keep their voices alive and let the world know what is happening. Behind every tent is a family struggling to survive.

They need to be seen, they need to be heard, and they need your solidarity.

My niece, whom I raised from the age of two after Israel killed her father

She was the flower of our home. She loved life and dreamed of passing her high school exams with outstanding success. She was loved and cherished by the entire family

Not a single day passed without me sitting beside her, checking on her studies and encouraging her despite the bombing, destruction, and fear that surrounded us

She had just finished her exam at that time, and she was hurrying home filled with joy because she had completed it easily and successfully. She was rushing to tell her mother (my sister) that the exam had gone wonderfully and that she felt confident about her result

Just a few meters before she reached her mother, Israel fired four missiles beside her

She was killed instantly

They tore her apart without mercy

They stole a piece of my heart

I will carry her memory with me for the rest of my life

My brother Ahmed is in critical condition after being shot by an Israeli military quadcopter drone, which severely injured both of his legs. He had only gone to our home in northern Gaza to bring food for our family, but he was trapped and repeatedly shot.
Now, Ahmed urgently needs surgery and metal plates implanted in both of his legs. The cost of the operation is $900. Without this surgery, doctors have warned that he may face the devastating possibility of having both legs amputated. 😢
Ahmed is still very young. He has dreams, hopes, and a whole life ahead of him. The thought of him losing his ability to walk because we cannot afford his treatment is unbearable.
I feel helpless watching my brother suffer every day while I am unable to provide the medical care he desperately needs. We have already asked everyone we know for help, and I do not know where else to turn.
Please, if you cannot donate, at least share our story and help our voice reach someone who can. A single share, repost, or small donation could make the difference between Ahmed walking again or losing both of his legs forever.
