Most of us have been defrauded by the telecommunication service provider companies in Nigeria and nothing is being done about it until this very day.
We buy airtime and sometimes it is exhausted without full accountability of how it was used including data.
The service is very poor too and you are not alone in this complaint.
@MTNNG is notorious for this vicious act. Do let us know if you need witnesses should in case you want to proceed to court cos I would be the number one person on the witness list.
