1 technician says gas problem, the other says PCB problem, 3rd says valve problem. Total time spend on repair by 4 engineers- 1 hour. Time spent by me on customer care: 5 hours. No of days complaint pending: 15 . PROBLEM STILL UNRESOLVED. well done @onsitego

even after @onsitego escalation team confirmed the AC repair by 25thApril, still no action only excuses. @onsitego should be held legally liable for playing with people health and @VijaySales for selling such spurious companys plans

After consulting wid @onsitego for almst 7 days, stil the expected the date of repair is 3 days ahead. while i have exhausted all escalation contacts there is no urgency . @VijaySales plz refrain from selling such bad company products , it ruins your name too

@onsitego raised the AC repair request since 96 hrs & there has been no update. I hav been calling ur cust care every day with them giving me false timelines. The ac in question is in my 90 y old grandfathrs room. @VijaySales you shd be wary crosseling such unprofesional service

@ACKOIndia worst extended warranty products. Bought for laptop. got a call in 4 days from which i got to know that there is no visit and repair. I need to get the estimate from repair centre first, then upload the various documents for reimbursement. dnt buy any extended warranty

@MotherDairyMilk saw your store at central sec metro in delhi, with your branding the store is selling savouries like puff ,sandwiches. However the quality is as poor as other local kiosks. Once customer also threw one roll because it had some insect. Just FYI
