आज एक दिलचस्प पैटर्न दिखाई दे रहा है।

कुछ मीडिया संस्थान, कुछ पेशेवर ट्विटर योद्धा और सत्ता के समर्थक इकोसिस्टम के कुछ लोग अचानक एक ही भाषा बोलने लगे हैं। असली मुद्दा क्या था? परीक्षा व्यवस्था, छात्रों की परेशानी, जवाबदेही और शिक्षा तंत्र की विफलताएँ।

लेकिन चर्चा कहाँ पहुँच गई? "कोचिंग माफिया", "टीचर माफिया", "यूट्यूबर गैंग"।

ज़रा पूछिए उनसे—कोचिंग आखिर फलती-फूलती क्यों है? क्योंकि शिक्षा व्यवस्था की हर ज़रूरत पूरी हो रही है, या इसलिए कि लाखों छात्रों को लगता है कि उन्हें अतिरिक्त सहारे की ज़रूरत है?

अगर सरकारी अस्पतालों की कमियों के कारण निजी अस्पताल मौजूद हैं, तो क्या हर निजी अस्पताल माफिया है? अगर सरकारी स्कूल और विश्वविद्यालय पर्याप्त नहीं पड़ रहे, तो क्या हर शिक्षक जो तकनीक के माध्यम से छात्रों तक पहुँच रहा है, माफिया हो गया?

आज ऐसे शिक्षक भी हैं जो 200, 500 या 1000 रुपये में उन बच्चों तक शिक्षा पहुँचा रहे हैं जो न बड़े शहरों में रह सकते हैं, न लाखों रुपये की फीस दे सकते हैं। मोबाइल और इंटरनेट के जरिए गाँव, कस्बों और दूरदराज़ इलाकों के छात्र पढ़ रहे हैं। यह भी एक वास्तविकता है।

सबसे दिलचस्प बात यह है कि जिन सवालों का जवाब सरकार और व्यवस्था से माँगा जाना चाहिए था, चर्चा को वहाँ से हटाकर "मीडिया बनाम कोचिंग", "टीचर बनाम पत्रकार" की दिशा में मोड़ दिया गया।

मुद्दा छात्रों का था, लेकिन नैरेटिव बदलकर शिक्षकों पर ला दिया गया। मुद्दा जवाबदेही का था, लेकिन बहस व्यक्तियों पर पहुँचा दी गई।

छात्रों को किसी टीवी डिबेट या ट्विटर थ्रेड से यह मत समझाइए कि उन्होंने क्या झेला है। जिन्होंने परीक्षा की अनिश्चितता, देरी, गड़बड़ियाँ और व्यवस्था की कमियाँ देखी हैं, उन्हें अपनी वास्तविकता किसी से प्रमाणित कराने की ज़रूरत नहीं है।

सवाल आज भी वही है,जवाबदेही किसकी है?

बाकी, जब पूरा इकोसिस्टम एक साथ अचानक एक ही दिशा में दौड़ने लगे, तो लोगों को सवाल पूछने का पूरा अधिकार है कि असली मुद्दे से ध्यान भटकाया क्यों जा रहा है।

I was guided to file on CEIR portal instead of an FIR, only to realize the portal REQUIRES an FIR copy to proceed. My time wasted, and my safety is at risk if that phone is misused. Why are citizens treated like a burden when seeking help?
