Since the latest update, the #BijliMitra app is not working properly. Unable to register complaints due to server error:
“Could not connect to the server.”
Most importantly, whenever there is a power cut, the server also goes down at the same time.

Without proper intimation, cancelling the application is completely unfair and reflects negligence from the department side. The consumer cannot be held responsible for your failure to communicate.

This behaviour is unacceptable and violates the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, which clearly state that no shop can charge above MRP.

•Verification of price and billing
•Penalty for overcharg
