AYUSH Assistants have repeatedly informed the government about their justified demands and rights, but the government is still standing today.
AYUSH assistants are working in various rural areas without their basic needs.
We have never neglected our work amidst risk to life such as drinking water and dilapidated housing .
We have made every effort to deliver every govt scheme dedicated to the people right to their doorstep .
According to the Department of Health and Family Welfare, AYUSH assistants will provide all the help and support they can. But they can't demand orders for it.
Patients can be registered by Ayush assistants in various medical colleges, their salary cannot be increased.
The Department of Health will not accept AYUSH assistants as AYUSH pharmacists if they can prepare, store, and dispense various life-saving drugs.
According to the requirement of AYUSH assistants they are not required to take computer education but they are required to do computer work by doctor. What kind of law is this? And what kind of legal system is this?

1) The original Pay Level-3 (1800) should be changed to Pay Level-8 (2800).
2) The post of Ayush Assistant should be created in all the integrated Ayush Hospitals.
3) Change in promotion age limit from 8 years to 5 years.

Even though the AYUSH assistants have been repeatedly conveying their legitimate demands to the government in a peaceful and ethical manner, they are being victimized by the government's uncaring attitude. Despite the implementation of 4 pay commissions in the last 45 years, it is certainly a matter of regret that the basic salary level (Level-3) of AYUSH assistants has not changed. A permanent third class professional post is neglected today due to the indifference and stability of the government. Basic Salary Level (Level-8) is a fair and reasonable entitlement of Ayush Assistant which the government needs to fulfill as soon as possible.
Otherwise, despite the reluctance, AYUSH assistants will take the final decision as their last resort and get their fair rights from the government.
