@meesho_support I ordered the wrong/different product & raised a return request, but there was NO option to upload a picture. Customer care confirmed it was fine. Yet the return was rejected saying the image wasn’t clear! I contacted support again, followed their guidance

@McDonalds Staff was rude, and when I asked to speak to the manager, the manager wasn’t even present.

If machines don’t work, please shut them off. Also, consider more cash counters and better-trained, sensible staff. Very disappointing experience.

@mcdonaldsindia McDonald’s Elante, Chandigarh really needs to fix its customer management. Only 1 cash counter, all 3 self-order machines not accepting online payments—then what’s the point of having them? Waited in one queue to order, then another queue just to pay.(1/2)
