Today Home Minister @AmitShah ji announced in Loksabha that doctors will be excluded from criminal prosecution for death due to medical negligence in the new penal code.
We welcome the decision as doctors were often troubled by the rowdy people.
Doctors always try there level best to save and serve the patient.

In Bihar, 3rf Prof exam ends in July, 2023.
Even if you start final prof from 1st August then as per NMC guidelines it should be of 14 months so how can they think of implementing NEXT for 2019 batch!
NMC should genuinely consider delaying #NEXT by an year till it's streamlined
