@airtelindia This is beyond pathetic. My SIM has been dead for a MONTH. First 2 weeks wasted with “manager not here,” and now after submitting ALL documents, your store says “company issue, no SIM requests being processed.” @Airtel_Presence@airtelnews
What kind of service is this? You expect customers to stay disconnected for weeks like it’s normal? This is pure incompetence and zero accountability.
At this point, let me know if I should just port out instead of wasting my time and energy on this.
