Yes, there are flaws in how things have been run, but they are taking genuine feedback and trying to improve step by step.
Also, when Tanmay Singh was in TX, he always did what was best for the team, even when the decisions weren’t popular. People said the ninja spray wouldn’t work, but he made it work—and if he had listened to the noise, that trophy wouldn’t have happened. Same with Shadow’s addition.
Now Scout can focus on himself and his game without the added pressure of handling the org side. Last year didn’t go the way we wanted, but this year is a fresh start. Hopefully, this second half gives us a lot more reasons to celebrate.
