Compass was invented way before the clock, because direction was more important than how long it took you to get there.
Keep working towards your North Star goal, one day at a time.
Most AI startups are racing to the same finish line: be the first to put something that actually works inside a business. The opportunity was never better models. It's putting the ones we have to work.

AI doesn’t lack potential; it lacks taste. And in business, "taste" is just another word for reliability.
Your business wins because of the unique ways you do things. We believe that difference should show up in your AI employees too. An AI employee that works like you do, not like the industry average.
That’s why we are building @useansur.
Can't wait to scale this mission and meet more cool people.
If you are building in this space let's chat!
Solving simplicity, security, speed of deployment for enterprise are the problems with the biggest upside if solved correctly by one.
Keep it simple, safe and fast!
Got rejected from YC.
First time applying, so I’m not sure whether the “top 10%” note is real or just part of the process.
Either way, nothing changes.
The focus remains the same: solve a real problem, build something people want, and keep moving forward. Everything else is noise.
The future is open-source, local models.
For businesses, the unit economics only start to make sense when inference is cheap, private & controllable.
Cloud models proved what’s possible.
Local models are going to make it scalable.
Working on a project with my friend. He swears he shipped the thing we needed. I check. It’s completely broken.
Me: “dude wtf”
Him: “Bro i thought I did, but ig Claude was lying to me.”
AI gaslighting is now entering the group chat era

I've been saying this for the past 4 months.
Every investor I’ve spoken to keeps telling us to pick a vertical. I get where they’re coming from, and it does make sense on paper.
But in my brain, it never made sense, I was like: why am I going to limit myself from more customers? The wedge is not a strategy anymore, and the startups focused on a wedge are just leaving money on the table, or are going to die, as there are so many things that AI could do, and a business would rather have one service provider for all its functions than 10 different ones.
Some will say going horizontal creates distractions.
I disagree. Shipping speed and execution aren’t the bottlenecks anymore. If you can build it, you should try it all.
Horizontal platforms are the future.
