The Singham-Code-Pink-Cuba chain the Treasury Department is now mapping in court filings:

• Singham is the American billionaire flagged as 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐒-𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐂𝐏 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠.
• Singham’s money flows through The People’s Forum and 𝐂𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐤, which organized Piker’s on-camera trips to Havana.
• Material aid to the Cuban regime is a 𝐟𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐒 𝐥𝐚𝐰, regardless of whether it is dressed up as journalism, “𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘮”, or activist tourism.
