Ok these terms aren't new, you know that right ?
But no one talked about it before until they announced that they will stop the physical editions for games.
So the main issue here is the all-digital switching.
And everyone who think Sony or Xbox or whatever it is are updating their terms about owning games now, he wasn't reading the terms before and just woke up now when he blindly already accepted it before.
