I think we all carry words,
That will never reach the people they were written for;

The “ gratitude” that arrived years too late……

Life keeps moving,
And some conversations
quietly become impossible to have.

Not because the feelings disappeared,
But
Because time changes
what we need from them.

Maybe not every word is meant to be heard,
Some are meant to heal
the person who wrote them.

And
Perhaps that’s the quiet purpose of unsent words…….
That never reach another heart,
But they still find a home….
