@IBX 8 days later and apparently nobody at IBX was capable of providing the guest membership info we needed. Was told approved on 6/20 but for some reason the info not mailed until 7/15. Thanks for nothing.

@IBX Please fix your OTP process - it is insane that you are relying on snail mail to register new subscribers. Could not be having a worse experience with my daughter's registration after turning 18 and related guest membership application.

@FedEx Your driver (Tiger Global Logistics) left a 1K coat on my front step, forging my signature. The delivery clearly indicated that a signature was required/adult needed to be home. Tracking # 479054869157. Yeah I got the package but extremely disappointed in delivery service
