Had a very productive weekend at Pennsbury Invitational this past weekend! Glad to be back out with my team competing. Also had a nice write up from gamechanger! My team and I will be back on the field next weekend at the NE College Showcase in MA!!

This is exactly why coaches preach that every single job matters—on the field, off the field, or riding the bench. Your role is critical, and that’s what turns a group into a true TEAM!
Even though this athlete wasn’t in the game, she knew she still had a job to do… and in that moment, she delivered in a massive way!
Shoutout to Taylor Kittleman for being the ultimate teammate and unsung hero in the dugout. That’s how you win championships!
The coach at Texas Tech said it clearly:
Softball was NOT meant to be played 52 weeks a year.
Not 12 months.
Not every weekend.
Not without pause.
Somewhere the message became:
More tournaments = more exposure
More exposure = more offers
No breaks = more success
That’s not how development works.

Read that again.
This is what being a “transformational” coach is all about.
Are you about winning or are you about teaching?
Are you about transactions or relationships?
Chirping Jarren Duran about his suicide attempt is exactly why men are afraid to be opening and vulnerable.
Thats not something to use as ammo. We need to be better.
That type of behavior from the fan is what is killing people.
Mental health matters.
