@FinsFam @ClashofClans Clash Royal can also call these changes catch up mechanic because many player's already have high level cards...but they distribute them equally among all...
It's basically COC choice to call a new permanent feature to be a catch up mechanic...

@FinsFam @ClashofClans I read the whole post, and I know it’s a catch up mechanic. I just don’t like the direction. Look at Clash Royale by Supercell they reworked King Journey but still gave rewards to everyone. I just want them to give us a little more like i don't even get a single new equipment

@ClashofClans Worst update,So I'm getting no chest ores and equipment just bcz i was playing continuously from whole year? upgraded my all heroes? unlocked some equipment? the reward of consistency is getting ignored? go look CR every time they made track change they give us tons of reward

@evan_johnson55 @ClashofClans I read that part, and they clearly call it a catch-up mechanic. That's fine, but veteran players should get something too. I've never seen a game add a major progression system that benefits only some players. They took nearly 10 years to add Hero Journey, and now this.

In the long run, only players who have been playing for a long time will remain. You can never truly understand the feelings of someone who has been playing since 8-9y
