شب اومدم خونه قهوه صبحمو که نخورده بودم با یه حالتِ bad ass ای خالی کردم تو ظرفشویی. مثه یه معتادی که از کمپ پاک اومده بیرون…حالا یه روز قهوه نخوردما. چای مای که سرجاش.

یکسال پیش اینموقع ها بار و بندیلمو جمع کرده بودم رفته بودم تگزاس، باورم نمیشه حالا اینجام و میبینم دوباره بهارو تومسیر قدیمی دویدنام.

دم دستی ترین دلیل روزه درک حال فقراست،برعکس روزه برای درک حال خودته. یکم خالی کنی دلتو و صداشو بشنوی.برای تمرین صبر، مثلا میتونم ناهار بخورم ولی صبر میکنم.که این صبر کلید خیلی چیزاس تو زندگی.

حالا این کریس براونو اینا به شوخی میگن اینترنشنال لاو و چمیدونم your booty don’t need explaining,ولی واقعنم یکی حرف زبونتو نمیفهمه ولی حرف دل رو راحت و ساده، ترجمه ام نمیخواد.

امروز انقدر قهوه خوردم رو شکم خالی معده ام مثه چی سوت میکشه.. اونم نه برا کافئینش که لاته آرت تمرین کنم. ینی فقط دلم میخواد پاشم برم کاستکو یه شیر یه گالنی بخرم همشو دود کنم در مسیر تمرینِ این هنر.

One lesson I learned from my PhD was to do what I love. Don’t be afraid, don’t waste your time and most importantly don’t compare yourself with others. Money, social prestige, etc might be things that matters to others but look inside you, what is it that drives you? Follow that.

Always remember, You better than anyone else know what is good for you…so shut down all the noises around you, trust your heart, follow your heart.There’s no time to settle or to sit around and wait for good days to come, f***ing move and work your ass off to get what you want.
