@benjaminfelix @SaigonBeau Sorry, I am a bit late here... what prevents me from investing in stocks the amount I was paying the mortgage? If I was paying $20K/year for the mortgage I can now put that in the stock market (and I still max my RRSP and TFSA).

@RyeAndJoke @fnveenie I did not comment if it makes sense or not. I said it's at the detriment of others. Wildlife management will focus their effort (money) toward what is hunted.
