Thursday's tempo run was a tough one. I really wasn't feeling it at all. Even though I started the warm-up at a super precise pace, I somehow managed to pick-up the pace towards the end and really enjoyed the 10 mins cool down. #keeprunning
I completed a base run today, aiming to increase my mileage compared to last month. I'm adhering to my training plan while also listening to my body. I've noticed some minor discomfort in my left knee and hope it doesn't become an issue. #keeprunning

@UltraRunner26 Thank you for sharing this Danny. For the first time yesterday, I had to stop my run as I felt so uncomfortable from the start, much as I tried to keep the lowest pace possible.

The threshold run and strength session proved quite challenging. Following the warm-up, I struggled to maintain the required pace, falling 10 to 15 seconds short for approximately 1km until my legs eventually loosened. #keeprunning
