I have been involved in several CTOs exceeding Mills, but creating a TG would simply cause dispersion of resources and discussions, which could easily lead to unnecessary conflicts.

In fact, an X chat already exists.
Apart from a few differences in specifications, looking at the activity level, the X chat is sufficient.

What I should focus on instead is operating the main X account.

Chiikawa is an IP managed by the author, and it is not something we can freely use. Therefore, the key catalyst is proper operation on X.

Someone said that an appropriate CTO leader is needed, but I’ve created posts in the past that got thousands of likes and over 100k views—so what makes me an inappropriate leader?

Regarding listing, since it is also IP-related, I don’t know whether it is possible, but I have already submitted forms to Moonshot and similar platforms.

Conclusion:
Rather than dispersing more resources than at present on things like setting up a TG and managing it afterward (which would reduce the time that can be devoted to any single thing), I believe it is better to focus on growing the X account into something of higher quality.
