Worst online shopping experience ever in my life. Most pathetic Customer Service ever experienced. They promised to call back 3 times but didn't get even ONE. Senior executives aren't available most of the time(Even before 9 PM).

Who's going to compensate for the time I wasted reaching out to their customer executives and receiving no good help? How can you communicate with you customers without an SMS/Email just verbally making fake promises?

I had to call them back 3-4 times in this 3 days. Average duration of each call was around 25 mins and one was even 60 mins around. No proper resolution. Fake promise with no Official SMS/Email.

when finally someone at the store picks up the call and says "We have to cancel your order" !!! Again great token of service!! I said I want the order they promised to deliver at 5 pm. 5 HOURS DELAY!! Also as a token they are providing me with a low budget Pizza :)
