The debate is over. And no matter who you say won, here are some objectively incontrovertible truths:

One of these guys is a fellow that's committed to the 3.4 million people in Nevada.

The other one is a felon who's been convicted 34 times.

One of these persons is addressing the racket of junk fees.

The other one is an adjudicated rapist paying his own judgment.

One helps those looking for homes.

The other discriminates against them.

One embraces diversity and celebrates Pride.

The only pride other one celebrates is the Proud Boys.

Easy choice for me.

And as an aside, I get asked all the time if folks will have a problem with me calling Trump a convicted felon.

Well, he didn’t have a problem starting his campaign saying Mexican immigrants were rapists, did he?

He didn’t have a problem calling black football players sons of bitches, did he?

He didn’t have a problem when he said there were good people on both sides in Charlottesville, when one of those sides was white supremacists, did he?

So no, I don’t have a problem calling him a convicted felon and an adjudicated rapist. At all.

My momma always told me as a kid to “tell the truth and shame the devil.” Well, that doubly counts now.

So, we watched a debate tonight. But there’s really no debate who should be elected in November.

And it’s @POTUS @JoeBiden.

Period.

The Supreme Court overruled 40 years of precedent and overturned the Chevron decision. It makes judges and the Supreme Court the regulators of laws passed by Congress rather than the scientific expertise at federal agencies. This is not democracy but rule by judicial order. The only beneficiaries are big business and polluters.

Biden is ahead in the latest polls and has a comfortable lead with likely voters.

Whatever his weakness may be, Joe Biden is an American hero. He spared the country from the dangers of a Donald Trump second term and he is going to stop him again in November. The GOP still has a chance to fix this but they lack courage. They also allowed Trump and his family to hijack the RNC.
