Maaaan what a ride with my dawgs!! Our first year on the New Balance @Prelude_league Circuit was a huge success! Our 15u team finished the circuit 9-7 playing teams from all over the country, competing at a high level.
We are coming off a 12 day stay in Augusta, GA strengthening our relationships on & off the court. These boys gave me a ton of headaches but those were drowned out by laughter, perseverance and growth. I’m proud to be their coach and mentor and I’m thankful for commitment to our program. YEAR 1 is complete!
Time to get this middle school thang rockin 💯‼️

Some things I’ve learned as I finish out the summer grind of coaching.
1. Discipline is a skill - the greater your discipline level, the greater chance you have at getting to the next level. Some of these guys are TALENTED but extremely undisciplined. That’ll hurt them down the road.
2. Receiving accountability is a must - getting honest feedback helps us grow and develop. Too many players interrupt or have an excuse for a mistake they made, stunting an opportunity to learn from it and get better.
3. Response to adversity has to be better - poor body language ain’t it. No game situation is as bad as it may seem and if you really want to play at the next level, you’ll have to learn to “next play” at a faster pace.

Year after year we have put together some of the best Live Period events in the country for independent clubs. The amount of talent has made our events a mandatory stop for College Coaches. The Summer Live Period begins next week & we are loaded! @EHACircuit@madehoops
What a performance by 2025s Bryce Quinet and Hayden Stebbins for Notre Dame Prep in a rout of Carlsbad.
Quinet is a physically imposing point guard with tremendous feel as a playmaker and Stebbins connected on 8 threes as the Saints led from the outset.
