Fresh off the Unity Lab this weekend and right back to work! 💪🏼🥎 Hit the gym for leg day and threw a bullpen tonight. With our first tournament coming up, I’m focused on putting in the work now so I can be as prepared as possible when it’s time to compete. 💜🥎

We drove to Kentucky for our first Unity Lab, and I’m so grateful for the experience. 🥎 We spent the weekend working on skills and drills, learning through a mental performance workshop, getting in some great reps, and most importantly, growing together.
I’m thankful for the opportunity to work alongside my teammates, meet so many great people (@slwathen ) and be surrounded by others who love this game as much as I do. Leaving Kentucky with a lot of motivation, and even more excitement for this season. I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together! 💜🥎✨

This was the last week of summer, and I didn’t let up on my training. I’ve always been taught to remember your “why.” Why do I train so hard? Why do I work so hard? It’s because I love the game, and I always want to push myself to be the best I can be.

Wednesday mornings have been one of my favorites! 💜 I’d go to Advanced Defense and then head to the gym to train. Today was my last one for the summer. It’s so rewarding to see all the little corrections, extra reps, and hard work paying off.
I’m especially thankful that I get to do this alongside my twin sister and friends. There’s nothing better than working hard, pushing each other, and making memories along the way. I’m excited to keep putting in the work and seeing where it takes me! 🥎💜

Such a good first practice with my new team! 🥎💜 It was so exciting getting to meet everyone and get out on the field together. We worked hard, had some laughs, and had a bbq. I’m so excited for this season and can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together! 💪🏼🥎

Pitching is more than throwing a ball—it’s trusting your preparation, staying composed under pressure, and finding confidence one pitch at a time. There will be tough innings, but they don’t define you. What matters is how you respond.

Every bullpen session, every early morning workout, and every challenge is shaping me into a stronger pitcher and a better teammate. I’m committed to competing with confidence, embracing every opportunity, and leaving everything I have on the field.

13u IMG Huls Futures finished our season competing at AFCS. Although we fell short it was a lot of fun and great competition. It was our last time together as a team since it has disbanded but I am thankful for the friendships we made and know we will see each other on the field. 💛💙🥎
