@coldxman @TEDchris @AdamMGrant 8) All told, though, I think the best point on @coldxman's side is that others have made various controversial claims on TED, claims that could be refuted by similar evidence, claims that could hurt people, and been allowed to make them without jumping through all these hoops.

They have different outcomes, and carelessly conflating has potential consequences.
