@vxnuaj@neuralunlock Bring this up to me next time we call. I think youโre missing something important re: psychology/motivation. Org decisions should be made according to Real Humans, not Homo Economicus. Most of Corporate America gets this wrong; they systematize on idealized axioms.
@MoshenetsPolina So interesting! Makes me wonder about social hacking/engineering vectors in humans at different ages. Susceptibility to certain types of lies, frauds, cognitive fallacies as our brains develop. Misleading a toddler is very different from misleading a teenager.
@Romy_Holland Having dated 3 ex-Mormon women whose families are still Mormon, I've observed that their cheerfulness is a consequence of strict management of appearances. Mormons are raised in an unending interfamily competition to telegraph happier families, bigger houses, and higher stature.
