Since March 13 I've been teaching online. I just finished teaching summer school and I learned some new tricks. @OBSProject#distanceLearning@FresnoEdTech https://t.co/9ghas9YkZW
@mrsceasterby @philgimbarti1 That's a neat trick. You'd have to use Teams with something like @OBSProject to get that effect. Very cool that Zoom just integrates it.
@shadowban_d @FresnoBee What are the facts presented in the article? What are his numbers? If I could access it I'd read it. Or, would you rather just have an argument on Twitter? And no, I'm not very smart.
@shadowban_d @FresnoBee Bummer the piece is behind a paywall. It looks interesting. I appreciate an informed POV. Confirmation bias is natural which is why I'm interested in your sources. This is what I see.
@shadowban_d @FresnoBee Daily death peaks per 100k compared:
- Sweden: .9 and falling
- USA: .7 and rising
- NY: 4.6 and falling
- CA: .3 and rising
CA did amazing till restrictions were lifted. Show me your articles on Cambodia and Africa. You may have something I don't. Source https://t.co/BtfIqCkxwz
@shadowban_d @FresnoBee It's called sharing information, I may be missing something you know. This is my main source on Sweden. Read it and share your counter for me to read. Then we discuss. Civil and respectful. https://t.co/2nwRMcEcb6
@shadowban_d @FresnoBee Interesting problem. Health or wealth? If people have food, shelter and health we we can push through the pandemic. Good economy will return. Depression and recession don't last a lifetime. Dead people don't come back & I don't want the hospital bill either.
@shadowban_d @FresnoBee On July 13 FoxNews states: "40 percent of people infected with COVID-19 are asymptomatic ... one person "is likely to infect" is 2.5," and that "0.65 percent of those with COVID-19 are estimated to die." https://t.co/rZsFea5i8S
@shadowban_d @FresnoBee Good articles. You didn't read the one I shared, if you had you'd see I quoted from it. I'm glad for restrictions, it's why CA wasn't hit like NY was. Curious, how many people should die for you to get concerned? Honest question.

@MightySword8@Lngwca11@FresnoBee Appreciated the calm response. Agreed that Corona viruses are common. The Flu is not a Corona, many colds are. A 3-5 day hospital stay isn't a common cold, it's expensive. False positives don't get you hospitalized. Testing is problematic though. https://t.co/C5Vw029UGI
