34 years ago today, federal agents used the NFA as an excuse to target Randy Weaver. Those agents killed his wife, his son, and his dog with no consequence.

Every year, we remember what happened on August 21, 1992, at Ruby Ridge.

We remember. We fight on.

On this day 34 years ago, the Siege at Ruby Ridge began when federal agents scouting the property of Randy Weaver killed Randy’s son and the family dog during the initial confrontation.

NFA enforcement was the "justification" for what happened that August.

And the horrific actions of government agents over the following days, and many other stories, are why cases like the FPC-backed Jensen v. ATF are so important, and why we must get SCOTUS to agree that the NFA is unconstitutional.

The abuses of the NFA must end. The rights and lives of millions depend on it.

Eminent Domain Horror in Arizona

ASU is using eminent domain to seize an 89 year old man’s 124 year old home that he’s owned for 50 years. He turned down their $850k offer. Now they’re forcing him out. Just an old man living in peace and the government can still take it.
