When I inquired DJB officials, only reply got is the bill is correct. Nobody answering the rate per unit charges. No details of subsidy. I request @Saurabh_MLAgk to immediately enquire on it with @jalboarddelhi officials

@ACKOSupport It's really very unfortunate that even after taking the services by me, u r not reimbursing the amount just because I didn't make a call before taking service. If at all I was aware, I should have called ur RSA first. @ACKOIndia
@ACKOSupport@ACKOIndia@duavarun Just got an email from your side that u won't reimburse the amount I paid for the picking and dropping of car through crane. Even if I didn't call RSA before getting it towed to service center as I was too late to my office, the bill was submitted there n then to the surveyor.
