He expresses treatment has been inadequate.
Our heart and prayers with Mr. Ronald Slavin and his family members. Despite his mental health issues he displayed great bravery and testified today.We’re expecting 1 more Perryville resident to testify.

Parsons vs. Ryan trial, day 2
This is Mr. Ronald Slavin, incarcerated at the Eyman complex @AZCorrections. He testified about his mental health problems. He suffers from PTSD, Schizophrenia and hear voices that tell him he’s not worth living, he would be better dead.
