Please fix the software bug that has been issue for over two months. I sent this in January

@NordicTrack There is a long Reddit thread about a recent software update to treadmills that now makes the “tap to start” feature no longer work. Sleep mode is broken. We have to all restart/turn off and on our machines to get them to work. What is the status of fixing this?

@ATT Newcastle Washington has lost service in the last 3 weeks. Many of us have gone from 4 bars to “sos”. What happened?
