The difference being that proportions dont necessarily have to be realistic in the way anatomy is usually implied to be and if youre really good at proportions people probably wont care to notice if your anatomy isnt equally as super amazing

I think that many confuse anatomy with proportions but that both are awesome things to be knowledgeable about
