If so, u will probably need to move to UP, and if not that, then maybe just a network reset on the phone solves it.

@nostalgiapro @senseicliff Visible is part of Verizon indeed. It's not that it runs on their network, it's literally a branch of Verizon. Main difference is that they have no CS over the phone. Everything is done digitally. That's why it's less expensive than the regular postpaid plans.
