@Outdoctrination Just wow. My mother craved sugar, ate SAD, was 275 pounds, brittle diabetic, and heart disease. Died!!! Passed 4 days post op from open heart surgery. But yeah, craving sugar is healthy. NO!!!!
@Mlaww2002@GosuGains Add fish if you're good with that. Beef and lamb are complete. If you are ok with organs/offal you can try those. I don't like beef liver, but do like chicken liver and hearts.
@DrLoupis I grew up a tomboy... but would have never even considered this type of medical intervention(????). Am in my 50s and full medical menopause and knowing what I do now am glad this wasn't available when I was a teen/young adult. It's heart breaking.
@DiedSuddenly_ Autoimmune dysfunction. His immune system is now attacking "foreign" cells. I trusted jabs and developed autoimmune RA. But "safe and effective" so I won't get tetanus or whooping cough....
@TheInfamousDrB@markeatsmeat Dr. Shawn Baker has a new yt up on this very topic. It's interesting the study he does site that it's not the HDL or the LDL that factors into it. Go check it out.
@DrLoupis Was a hysterectomy included?! I just can't with this.. I get feeling you got assigned the wrong gender, but this only makes matters worse in my opinion.
@holisticgrenade Might be a stretch. My DIL has 3 children and recently miscarried a 4th. She's not jabbed. Though it cannot be entirely ruled out. Therapeutic indoctrination of just enough bad things to cause issues but not unalive.
@tiras_corner I didn't vote. I have been doing CV 3+ years. Had the question been a longer time frame I would have voted. 12+years gluten free, 3+ yrs CV. In between keto and such.
@susanwoledge For me, photos don't tell the story as much as what you share that you've seen with your health. How do you feel? Have you done labs? What's the first NSV you loved?
@stopvaccinating 2005 when my youngest child kept getting raging fevers that were being "it's just viral" and ignored that it was more likely adverse reactions to the jabs. You cannot "therapeutically poison" children into good health!!!
@Tarunashree1 Having switched to a mostly meat based way of eating and improving my health, it's biology. Human gut is designed to absorb nutrients from meat. Can we tolerate plants? Yes, but the gut gets far less nutrition from them. Add it's incomplete nutrition as well. At a cellular level.
@OliLondonTV After seeing this I have been thinking about how I try to be inclusive, but this brought me to a full stop. I cannot trust this person. That's it. I don't want this person around my children supervised or not, nor around other people's children. My being screams it's not safe.
@tiras_corner But they don't just scroll by. They are trolls. And for every study you post, they counter it with a paid by pharma study. Which tells me all I need to know about them. Am 3+ years of eating meat based. I don't argue with the vegans because I know they are useless waste of energy
@ScottMcAlba@VeganRecovering While working out definitely has benefits- feeling well enough to actually work out is the best part. On SAD WOE and even gluten free I still struggled with energy. It's better now.
@mikeoniron I still have non-CV foods every once in a while. I eat 95-98% meat most of the time. My husband and son are more ketovore and when we have a dinner out I just maintain gluten free eating. (100% .. not dx'd celiac, my arthritis gets flared by all wheat)
