@BrodieOnLinux Mint Xfce on an Asus ET2011.
Worked fine with Q4OS though. Running on HDD

Lubuntu on an HP Mini 210. Crashed during install. Even after upgrade from HDD to SSD and from 1GB to 2GB DDR2.
Q4OS & antiX worked though.

@ID_AA_Carmack 1st, they shouldn't have stopped licensing idTech.
That, for one, is a revenue that someone killed off.
2nd, a bigger focus on games, that everyone can play, not just those with (at the time) beefy machines.
My main rig, can barely play the latest Doom.

Granted, I was... 12-13 years old.

I now own a n64 again and the controller feels a bit small for my 40 year old hands.
But it's still a joy to play with.

@GOGcom I actually wish, that GOG made custom html pages with a menu to start a setup.exe and autorun.inf files for each game, so that we could burn our games onto a disc. And an image file perfect for a DVD or crystal case, that we could print out.
