This is a video clip from the movie “The Message”, depicting an encounter from early Islamic history !!!

Prophet Muhammad (SAW), seeking safety for his followers, ordered a group of persecuted Muslims to migrate to Abyssinia (modern day Ethiopia) !!!

The clip shows a pivotal moment, when the envoy sent by the pagan Arab leaders of Makkah have arrived at the court of the Abyssinian king (the Negus) Abbysinai (modern day Ethiopia) !!!

Their mission is to demand the return of the Muslim migrants so they can be taken back to Makkah for punishment !!!

This event testifies that Islam first reached Africa even before the migration to Medina !!!

While Muslims in Makkah faced persecution from idol worshipping Arabs, Prophet Muhammad (SAW) directed some of them to seek refuge in Abyssinia after hearing its Christian king was a just ruler !!!

“This teaches us that when choosing a leader, we should seek someone who will be just for all people, not merely someone who shares our faith” !!!

The scene highlights a very important message about faith, justice, and the search for sanctuary !!!
