Part 2 @currys was told I'd get a call back in 1/2 hour but again nothing. Then get asked for feed back and this is the conversation- unbelievable!!!

@currys your customer service is shocking, my wife called to complain on Thursday, promised a call back the following day - nothing! Was meant to have a delivery today, no contact, after calling customer service was told the order had been cancelled, but not by whom!
