@SharkOnGames @PSETalk You can’t get a human on their call line. But I got an automated report that our power was restored. I then reported it as out. Worries me that we’re at the back of the line now. And it’s odd they say everyone around me has power. Anyone on the PSE power grid around me does not.

@SharkOnGames @PSETalk The app still shows us as having an outage but the email and phone said we were restored. It’s a mess and I’m worried they have moved on from our area thinking it’s restored when everyone around is still in the dark.

@SharkOnGames @PSETalk I don’t fault the line workers or even the person working the social media account. But I would be fired from my job if I didn’t communicate clearly to customers and had an app that had misinformation. The conflicting amount of info has been atrocious failure.

@PSETalk I’m concerned y’all think we have power and we won’t be serviced. It’s frustrating when we are doing all the things you have told us to do - report the outage l, wait patiently for updates - and we don’t have any clear picture as to what we should do next.

@PSETalk We got an email at 2:20pm that power was back on. Came home from work and no power, the outage map shows no outages around us even though everyone is dark, and we have tried texting for status reports and those have gone unanswered since 12noon today. This is a horrible failure.
