@VodafoneUK just had a really awful customer experience. I’ve upgraded my mobile device and airtime plans but I’ve e just received a text to say my watch plan price is going up as a result. This is an awful customer experience
@VirginWines I’d just like to flag the excellent customer service given by Dillan. I made a mistake when placing the order and Dillan has kept me informed and he’s personally over seeing this through to resolution. Top job 🌟

@NatWest_Help my experience trying to extend my mortgage has been farcical! I first engaged with NatWest in February but the incompetence of your staff and IT systems means I’m still unable to complete today. This has cost me money and so much wasted time. Shambolic
Logged a fault and being told an engineer can’t visit until 5th Aug!!! How can this be possible? This is not acceptable. What is the complaints procedure as I need compensation for this lack of service?
@studiospokes@virginmedia Had mine installed on Friday @studiospokes and it didn’t work after installation and they are going to leave me for TWO WEEKS without broadband…f’king mint!!! 5th Aug was earliest they could get an engineer in 🧐🤬
