#BREAKING A newly arrived African immigrant, 27, who cannot be named for legal reasons has been arrested by Victoria Police in Melbourne after going on a stabbing rampage in Epping, which has a large immigrant population.

The man, is alleged to have stabbed his 40 year old male cousin at a share house located on Bradman Terrace in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Nearly three hours later, the suspect drove a silver Honda CRV wagon into his sister's home.

He forced his way inside and attacked his sister, aged in her 30s, with an edged weapon, inflicting serious multiple injuries.

The suspect's mother witnessed this second attack.

The man fled the scene on foot, discarding a blood smeared knife on the nature strip.

Following a massive manhunt involving the Victoria Police Air Wing and Dog Squad, a 27 year old African man was arrested and charged.

He was charged with Intentionally cause serious injury (2 counts) Aggravated burglary and Reckless conduct endangering serious injury.

He was refused bail.

Yet another burden on the Australian taxpayer, courtesy of Anthony Albanese.

One Nation has uncovered the government lying about compliance with foreign ownership laws while Australians are sleeping on the street.

Data obtained by my office under freedom of information has revealed Labor is letting at least 80% of foreign owners of Australian homes flout the rules with no consequences.

The maximum penalty for an individual is meant to be $82,500 - every year they don’t lodge the mandatory form.

Tens of thousands of owners have failed to comply over the course of a decade. The government should be issuing BILLIONS in fines to these foreign rule breakers, not letting them off with a slap on the wrist.

For years, government has tried to fob off One Nation’s call to ban foreign ownership of Australian homes.

The government has lied to Australians - claiming the numbers are low and the compliance regime is “tough”.

This One Nation investigation proves the government can’t be trusted on foreign ownership.

One Nation’s policy is simple: Ban all foreign purchases of all Australian homes and give current foreign owners 3 years to sell their home back to an Australian.
