Met one of the nuzlocke goats @Squerk_ at Worlds this past weekend during the VGC open on Saturday!

Got the opportunity to have pretty in depth conversations about VGC, nuzlockes and community building. Definitely wasn’t on my bingo card but 100% a highlight of the trip!

Went to Pokémon Worlds for this first time this weekend and was able to scrape up a 5-3 record at this weekend’s VGC open.

Playing competitors at that level showed me there’s work to do, but sparked the competitive side of me I haven’t seen since early in collegiate esports.

Ended 5-3 in The Grand Champions Festival, a few wins short of day 2. Was able to survive at 4-2 but couldn't continue the success. Big thanks to @JacobSkraw for wonderful first tournament experience!
