@FedExHelp I did call and your support line told me the package was still in the location where it was shipped from. I have never seen a more inept company in my life.

@JMBullion I would strongly suggest to stop using @fedex for shipping. We sold to you and shipped our package on 1/29. FedEx lost it, then found the damaged package on the 6th. It is now the 13th and It still hasn’t been delivered to you.

@Fedex You still haven’t delivered the package after you lost it on Jan 29th and finally found it on the Feb 6th. Today is the 13th. Ridiculous.

@FedExHelp Sent a package on 1-29 from Wilmington. Never did arrive. Your customer service said it was damaged and closed my ticket. Today I called and they think it’s in Memphis. But not sure. Most likely it’s stolen.
