📢 [𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧] There is still a massive amount of misinformation circulating. Here are a few things that needs to be understood:
𝟭. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱
A company like ONE HUNDRED goes to distributors, concert promoters, and streaming platforms to pitch for funding.
●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵: "We manage Baekhyun, Xiumin, Chen, Taemin, VIVIZ, and The Boyz etc. Next year, we plan to release 5 albums, 3 tours, and 20 fan meetings. Invest now, and you get the exclusive rights to distribute or promote these specific projects."
●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Investors decide to fund these based on publicly available market data (Circle/Hanteo charts, Spotify streams, tour attendance)
●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Investors do not need confidential, decade-old settlement records from SM to judge an artist's current value. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗽𝘀 from EXO, NCT, or SVT. Why? 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀. Investors fund the future content delivered by the artists currently in the room.
[𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆]
𝟮. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 "𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀"
Another piece of misinformation is that artists are personally liable for repaying these multi-million dollar corporate investments.
●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: When contracts are signed for these future projects, the artists typically become joint guarantors only for delivering the promised content (i.e., agreeing to record the album or perform the tour)—not for paying back the actual cash investment out of their own pockets.
𝟯. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗗 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁
●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲: Chairwoman Cha reportedly promised investors massive future projects and activities involving the artists—in many cases without properly consulting the artists first.
●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Based on those promises, investors provided the funding.
●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Once the invested money hit the subsidiary accounts, the report alleges it was transferred to her personal account on the same day or shortly after.
●𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘁: When it came time to actually produce the 5 albums, 3 tours, and fan meetings, the subsidiaries (like INB100 and BPM) reportedly did not have the funds needed to execute them.
In many cases, the subsidiaries and artists went ahead with preparations and worked with outside partners anyway, expecting the parent company to send the allocated funds later. According to the allegations, that funding never arrived.
📢 [IMPORTANT] As everyone knows, certain individuals, are running an organized defamation campaign against Baekhyun and CBX. They spread lies, twist narratives, and resort to character assassination, all while inserting themselves and the group into an issue that has nothing to do with them. Frankly, this behavior borders on criminal. Enough is enough.
With that being said, we appeal to fans: we all have our own free will, and we are old enough and smart enough to research and make our own discernment. Read both sides before drawing conclusions, instead of blindly following so‑called "hero fans" who hide behind malicious accounts and claim they alone hold the truth.
📌 Summary of PD Notebook Report
• In PD Notebook (0:30), tax accountant Yang Eun-jin said advance payments are for future projects (albums, tours, etc.), given by distributors or organizers to secure rights to upcoming activities.
• Investors don’t give billions of won based on old records; they pay advances through contracts for future activities (such as concerts and tours).
• The PD Notebook investigation raised different issues:
- Testimony from individuals linked to 100RED, INB100, BPM, and related entities alleged that funds meant for future activities using artists’ IP were not fully used as intended.
- Large amounts were reportedly diverted to the chairman’s personal account.
- Partner companies reportedly didn’t get enough funds to operate normally.
❗️ This has nothing to do with EXO, current members, or SM Entertainment.
• CBX vs SM dispute was about transparency of past earnings and access to their individual settlement data.
• In both disputes, the artists are victims, and that fact must not be ignored.
Btw here are some other songs that are on T1 Doran's playlist

251003 This is why Chen is chen-ing... Listening time absorbed in Chen's voice | Kim Bum-soo's "I want to listen"
'It must be me, it must be me, I gotta break the ice'
Staff: From what I just heard, didn't you just meet in a concert?
Kim Bumsoo: It was not a concert, but a really big project on television
Staff: I meant KOSTCON
🐈: Recently, ah recently
Kim Bumsoo: KOST.. I was not aware of that.. We suddenly changed the conversation topic, I was still with the topic about 10 years ago.. That was really a good time
🐈: Exactly
Kim Bumsoo: We met and took selfies together, then greeted each other. At that time, dropping formality and speaking casually
🐈: Since it's been a long time, and there was such gap
Kim Bumsoo: I felt kinda awkward then. During KOST, it's been a while, and we went to Jakarta and Manila, it was nice to see Chen again after a long time. If I just spoke casually, in Chen's position, he could think 'Ah, this sunbae why did he suddenly (speak casually) with me?', so I couldn't do that. I kept going "Hello" (with formality), why couldn't I remember if I spoke casually before? Two of that.
🐈: In my case, since there was not just you, hyung-nim, there were other sunbae-nim, other masters, I didn't think about that in that situation at all "Why did he speak so comfortably?". Of course you can speak comfortably, I actually didn't think anything. And though it was really a long time, it turned out quite comfortable, we really had meal together and did (?) a lot of things together...
Kim Bumsoo: And, even though during KOST it was a bit awkward and Chen is an I more than what I thought, he took care of the seniors, the colleagues and even the juniors to the level of leading there, so I really thought "Woah, he really has good personality"
🐈: I think I was just like that. I couldn't put up with this awkward atmosphere. I couldn't stand the awkwardness. And that time there were K.Will hyung, Lynn noona, then hyung-nim, you all are great seniors for me, if I don't do anything in this atmosphere.. I gotta break the ice. I had that thought.
Kim Bumsoo: Exactly, you were like the middle
🐈: Yes, I was in the middle. There were Mujinnie, then Heize noona, Soyou noona. Because of schedule, Soyou noona was not there. Yah, so 'it must be me, it must be me, I gotta break the ice'. And I really had fun back then.
Staff: Wasn't Bumsoo-nim the eldest senior there?
Kim Bumsoo: To call me eldest senior there
🐈: You are the greatest, greatest senior there.
Kim Bumsoo: Just call me an older senior, eldest senior is a bit..
🐈: Yeah, the feeling is different between older senior and the eldest senior...

Blaming idols for being exploited while trying to escape an abusive company is the same logic as blaming a domestic abuse victim for ending up with another abuser while trying to get out. When people are desperate to escape harm, they're often at their most vulnerable. #CBX
yall too busy blaming “your idol should’ve known better” WHEN PPL LITERALLY WEREN’T GETTING PAID
staff, freelancers, cleaners, security guards, production crews. real ppl with families and bills to pay. if you’re still blaming the artists lu tolol setolol tololnya manusia
In short, Cha Ga-won and MC Mong targeted big-name artists who were already struggling with their previous agencies and desperately looking for help. They used these artists' IP to secure massive B of funding from various third parties, routing that money straight into Cha’s+
